VARIOGATE® 360 Safety Pallet Gate System
Since 1981, Haagh Protection has been offering various solutions, such as the Vario 360, for protecting floors on height in warehouses, such as on a mezzanine floor or platform.
The whole of this transmission apparatus consists of a rotatable platform that is equipped with mesh gauze and a shovel edge on 3 sides. The 4th side is open and suitable for placing pallets.
Due to the unique rotation mechanism, the unit is fully operable and does not suffer from obstacles such as crane lanes when transporting loads. On both sides there is a self-contained fencing fitted with meshfence to prevent any risk of clogging. On the rear side, a ramp is optional, in case you want to remove the pallets by means of a pallet/pump truck. The device is manually operated on the floor itself and is designed to accommodate one pallet at a time.
Ideal for situations when standard pallets are uses in combination with a tackle or hoist.
Suitable for loads up to 1500 kg and extremely suitable for use with a hoist, if this is to be used for loading and unloading the goods. For example when bigbags are transported. In addition, this unit is also suitable for use when there is little height available on the floor.
